Article 1 • Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all transport services provided by the house MF LUXURY (the Carrier) to its passengers (the Client). Any firm reservation implies unreserved validation of these terms.

Article 2 • Quote and Reservation
The contracting of a car with a chauffeur is only finalized after formal validation of the quote by the Client, accompanied if necessary by the payment of a deposit. Contributions are calculated based on the indications previously transmitted (schedules, places, luggage volumes).

Article 3 • Pricing and Payment
Our rates are fixed and transparent, including the applicable VAT, professional travel insurance, and fuel.
Optional ancillary costs (specific tolls, prolonged parking at the request) may be subject to adjustment. Payments are made upon order or receipt of invoice according to agreements.

Article 4 • Alteration and Cancellation
Any cancellation of a trip must be the subject of a written notification:
In accordance with the Consumer Code (Art. L221-28 12°), the 14-day legal right of withdrawal is inapplicable on the reservation of passenger transport.
- More than 24h before: Cancellation without charge.
- Between 24h and 12h before: Billing at 50%.
- Less than 12h before: Service due at 100%.

Article 5 • Hygiene and On-board Obligations
Wearing a seatbelt is a legal obligation. As a measure of courtesy and standing, it is forbidden to smoke or consume messy food inside the vehicle.
MF LUXURY declines boarding to any client presenting a notorious state of intoxication or behavior compromising driving safety. Any damage caused to the interior will result in a flat-rate restoration billing of at least 150 euros.
Reminder: MF LUXURY reserves the sovereign right to delegate the execution of the mission to one of its internal chauffeurs or to an affiliated partner colleague, guaranteeing an identical service.

Article 6 • Waiting Time and Grace Periods
Because your time is precious, we include free waiting tolerances:
Beyond these grace periods, a supplement proportional to the hourly hire rate of the range will be applied per 15-minute block.
- In the city: 15 minutes of courtesy.
- Stations/Airports: 60 minutes after the notified arrival time (active flight tracking).

Article 7 • Coverages and Insurances
The Carrier guarantees unlimited Professional Civil Liability coverage for bodily injury to its passengers from boarding to disembarking the vehicle.
MF LUXURY cannot be held responsible for inconveniences caused by fortuitous events or force majeure (exceptional congestion, severe weather).

Article 8 • Disputes
These provisions are subject to French legislation. In the absence of an amicable agreement, exclusive jurisdictional competence will be attributed to the competent courts of the city of Paris.
